Perona Consultants, Inc. was established 1998 in Tulsa, Oklahoma by Brett Perona to provide engineering and construction services. As Brett's career path transformed through progression and opportunity, so did the consulting services of the company, but the quality and professionalism have always remained the same.

Brett Perona began his career in 1993 with a local consulting firm. Over the next 10 years, he gained diversified consulting experience in engineering, construction, telecommunications,

and fleet management, serving a variety of industries and businesses nationwide. In January 2004, he joined a local staffing company to begin direct hire recruiting. For the first time in his career, he was given the opportunity to not only help businesses, but also help professionals. He immediately established himself as a top performer, well liked and respected by both candidates and clients. Over the next 6 years, he placed nearly 100 professionals ranging from college graduates to executive management. Then in December 2009, he went out on his own to continue the transformation and growth of Perona Consultants, with the goal of establishing the company as one of the best direct hire recruiting firms in the industry.

Brett holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arkansas, and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Oklahoma State University.
